Overview
At SNAPVAS, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our remote team. You will play a key role in supporting daily business operations, coordinating schedules, managing communications, and ensuring processes run smoothly across departments.
This role requires excellent communication skills, time management, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for executives and teams.
- Handle email and phone communications in a professional manner.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documents.
- Assist in coordinating logistics for events, training sessions, and projects.
- Maintain digital records and ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Support other departments with administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Proficiency with office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management software).
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
